The check-in staff was friendly and the indoor pool was nice. I enjoyed the opportunity to relax after a long day. However, I did notice the breakfast area was not quite ready when I arrived early, which was a bit confusing for me.

The breakfast service was not timely. The employee appeared to be sleeping during breakfast hours. It did not leave a good impression.

We visited a cool museum and explored a local park. Our stay was comfy, the breakfast was solid, and the pool was a nice bonus. Be ready for some minor cleaning but overall a great spot to relax after a day of fun.

The only bummer was that the floors were a bit dirty. We had to clean them ourselves, which was kind of annoying.

Spotless room with friendly service.

The room was nice and clean, although it had a slight odor that was a bit annoying. The beds were comfy, and we had a good amount of space with the sofa bed too. Really liked the TV—they fixed it fast after I mentioned it! One downside was the leaking toilet. definitely let them know before you leave. Breakfast was tasty, so that was a plus!

The room was super clean from the moment I stepped in, smelled fresh like they really put in the effort to keep it that way. Also the bed was quite comfy and had plenty of towels which is always a plus when you're traveling with kids

Had a fantastic time with my family during our four-night stay! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day and the comfy queen beds made us feel right at home. I did have to pay a cash deposit, but overall, it was a great experience—I'd definitely recommend it! 😊

Great match for a weekend trip in Columbus with excellent value for the money. The room was spacious, clean, and felt freshly updated, making our stay really enjoyable. I'd recommend bringing an eye mask for better sleep if you're sensitive to light.

Nice stay with room to improve

We booked three rooms for our family trip. The lobby looked really inviting, and the rooms were spacious. But man, the area felt kinda sketchy with all the surrounding industrial stuff. Also, 1 room was a bit dirty at first, but they fixed it up for us quick.

The queen suite was spacious and well-kept, perfect for my family's needs. Also, the staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

A credit card machine without chip technology created some inconvenience.
